Providing collaborative psychotherapy to help construct a more meaningful life

Some anxiety, sadness, and family conflict is normal- but can become dysfunctional when dominated by black and white thinking, ineffective communication, and a history of trauma. Learning to better manage emotions and to reduce destructive behaviors can reduce anxiety and depressive symptoms so you can build a more gratifying life.
